It almost looks like it might be an "Exacto Special" sorry I'm not more help, Mark!
t does look like you could take a Times Bold/Roman/Garamond/etc, and make up a few triangular serif ends, and weld and create it fairly easily- the K's tail is the only out-of-character part, but it's straightforward.
