I just want to say, that with all the routing tables that are showing up in Letterville, it sure seems like a good time for all of us to start rethinking how we design, and start networking with our router owners and expanding our the realm of what we can do.
A door has been opened, that even slow folks like me just can't seem to ignore.
It would be a win-win situation for both the CNC owners, and the folks who want to have more options with their work.
Steve has brought up the thing before, about Letterville people working more and more as a network. Many of us have used each other's talents for various projects over the years, and I believe that spirit of cooperation and growth will continue.
Kind of funny words, for a retiree...

Good idea Jeff.
It doesn't only apply to the folks with CNC routers either.
There are numerous members here with large format printers too. I'm sure most of us have someone relatively close (within reasonable shipping radius) who would be willing to work with each other.

I have had my Vytek router for close to 6 or 8 years. I am sitting by the door as I type waiting for my new toy (5x10 AXYZ table) to be delivered. I have produced projects for various members of letterville. I love it when I can produce a sign and not worry about dealing with the end customer on design, installation or retail price. It is nice to be the wholesaler sometimes.
if anyone is interested, just send me a file of what you would like routed and I will get you a price. I do a lot of wholesale digital printing as well. We just received a new VP540 printer about two weeks ago, so let me know what your needs are.
Since we are UL listed we also make cabinets and channel letters. I might as well throw that in since I am making my sales pitch.
