It's amazing how some employees just put in their 8 hours and go home. I think my 6 year old son has better work ethics than most of them. Since summer vacation started Jacob has been ready to work.

David that is about right. The ICE CREAM PARLOR is about a 2 minute walk from our shop. We were there twice yesterday.

I agree that 8 hours a day would be nice. We deal with the same issues, seems some think 8 is a good thing and drop what they are doing and hit the door. Both our kids (17 and 14) are working with us, we feel fortunate that they are working with us and care about the business. In fact my 17 year old this last year hung with me on a marathon short fuse vehicle wrap until 1:00 in the morning. But he loves cars and likes the wraps.
It is good to see little ones get involved in the sign business.
