My family and I will be coming to Berea, KY on a mission trip. We will be there from June 17-22. We are staying at the KOA campground in Renfro Valley. We are helping a church with a 12,000 sq. ft. addition. I'd love to stop by and visit anyone if possible.

Donald..... Don Eckland used to live in Berea, but moved to NC. He'd know if there's someone around there. I don't think I have his new # but I might. TR

Donald,
That's about 4 hours from me, but yer welcome to jump on over. Would have to be in the early days though, cause I hope to be leaving on the 20th for Algoma, WI.
Hva a safe and profitable trip. (you don't have to make money to profit)

I don't know how our schedule is going to go once we get there. Usually we work from 6am to supper time. I don't think that would leave much time to drive over to visit Don.
Anyone else close to Berea?

Donald, 2 1/2 - 3 hours to me...JDIII may be the closest I know of. The mission trips I've done usually put me to bed as soon as the works done for the day!

I tried to look John up on the website and everything says "gone" Does anyone have contact info for him? I though Mike Barnes was from that area also.

It was good to hear from you and I enjoyed the phone call. As I told you, you'll have to drive by here twice on your trip. Visitors are always welcome, but best to let me know in advance. Have a safe journey my friend!
