We upgraded to Signlab 7.1 from 6.0.
I want to put a primer coat or flood coat on a decal. I am making a reverse print, 2 color on clear. I want to do a primer coat.
There is no Primer None Swatch on the Halftone palette.
We looked for it on all the palettes, couldn't find it.
Also there is no Thermal Override tab when we go to Print and Cut Setup.
What do I need to do to be able to apply a primer or flood coat?

Before we upgraded, I have done primer coats. This is the first time since we upgraded that I have had a need to assign a prime coat.

Sounds as though you have installed the wrong LCF file. The LCF file is the replacement for the older password concept and it controls what features you have displayed.

I have verified that you should have this feature and have re-sent the latest LCF files that we have recorded. Please follow the provided instructions for updating the LCF file. You do not need to reinstall SignLab, just update the LCF file.

Post again or email tech support if problems persist.

THANK YOU ! Got the file last night, and it seems to work ok. We have been doing edge prints since we upgraded to 7.1, but didn't have to do a primer coat until yesterday. Thank you again Hubert!
