Well, it's been a while since I've been here, so maybe I don't have the right to post here...however... ever since all you fine folks came out west last year to pull of the big Head West Walldog meet in Lodi, I've been trying to finally wrap up this affair and keep up with the job demands. Kelly Thorson graciously asked if I would lead a project in Moose Jaw this July, and I said I would be honored to do so....which leads to the reason for this post...
I can tell you from first hand experience, organizing a large meet is a rewarding but time consuming experience. As a host, you don't seem to get more than 15 seconds to three minutes to have a few words with all of you who graciously participate. So, I have an idea... those of you who came to Lodi, why not "Head North" to Canada and paint with me for four fine days, and those of you who couldn't make it to Lodi, why not come to Canada and paint with me for four fine days while I listen to why you couldn't make it.
It'll be a kick!

Moose Jaw looks to be a fine meet in the making and Kelly and her crew are working hard to make it so.
The murals they plan there are on panels and all being done in the same venue... it will be a great place to meet and visit as well as get your hand in some painting.
ALthough I can't attend the meet due to other obligations I sure wish I was able to be there!
Have fun in Moose Jaw!!

Looking forward to meeting you Tony ... and a lot of others too. Catch up with some old friends and make lots more.
Here's my project:
I'm bringing the "Big Airbrush" with me and a huge box of Cherry Ripes to pay my crew
Another Aussie, Sarge is coming too.
Six weeks and counting before we leave !!!!!

This is going to be a classic meet. It's got all the ingredients and then some. Lodi was legendary in my mind. Can't wait to see you wall hounds again.
