This a shot of some of our Finest over in Afghanistan, in front of a banner I did last year. It was signed by all of our Motorcycling buddies here in Newfoundland. We sent a care Package over with it, which is seen all around them. http://newfoundlandbiker.com/Events/Troops/stt1.htm

Great banner! The troops appreciate the support from home. Back in 2005, the mardi gras krewe i belonged to sent over an unbelievable amount of beads. The 256th from La. was over there and we sent them a little bit of home. They were able to share a little bit of their home with others over there. Even had an impromtu parade!

Please remember our troops. We lost our niece's husband over there earlier this month.

Cathy, so sorry to hear about your niece's husband. you know regardless of what you believe, you just have to show support for the troops.. it really improves their moral, and shows that we are thinking about them.

Thanks for the kind words.

OPPS, Sorry Lotti, You're talking about the little flag in the Newfoundlandbiker.com emblem. Well that's a little know Newfoundland Republic Flag. Our own little rebellion type of thingy.

A great job Niel,I feel that if the news would publish all the casualties suffered in the war we would have a better perspective of it. I mean all the brave soldiers from all the countries, not just those from the U.S.

Excellent, Neil.

I've always been of the opinion that regardless of ones political viewpoint, those who serve ALWAYS deserve our respect, gratitude and support.

My heart is with those people even if the mission is a STUPID MISTAKE...
