I did a search, but didn't see this question. I have a Graphtec 7000-75 I just started using. I am having trouble slowing down the speed it is cutting. The speed seems to like 50 and I want it backed down to about half of that. Everytime I adjust the speed and hit ENTER, it says it's changed, but then after I hit SEND from the production manager, it goes back to 50..
That is way too fast for me. Any suggestions? I have tried to change it from the plotte panel and the computer screen, still likes to go fast.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. This Graphtec is way different from my old FC2100-60.

Or, Push MENU; NEXT a of couple of times until BACKGROUND SETTINGS; " " " " PRIORITY CONTROL Choose: MANUAL ENTER
This will stop the program from overriding the operator. Howard

Thanks for the replies. Howard, I thought you retired.....so glad to hear from you. We have worked on this speed thing for hours. I will try your instructions and see what happens.
