Can anyone tell me if they ever had a carriage disengage on a verssacam?

Also we are looking for an east coast rep that we might be able to call, we seem to be over a barrel here now that N Glantz no longer carry’s this equipment. We did find Tonas graphics here in Pittsburgh but they don't seem to be in today and our shop is backed up big time.

That's a real bummer! Why isn't roland helping you?
Just a shot in the dark, but did you try imprintables warehouse? They don't appear to be too far from you.
