I've got the part (21505107) and that little O ring that goes with it.
I just don't want to mess it up. must not be too difficult ...but then again :0
Could someone tell me the step by step please?
Thanks!

Thanks Dan,
I took the pliers (fact it was tweezers)by the good end and did it. I was nervous to break something. Every thing went well...well if loosing that little, tiny, so small "O" ring that hold up the foam roller... Then a good thing is that the part comes with that "O" ring.

Yes, Elaine, I have changed mine and I had to call my service tech at first. It seemed like just "peeling" the O ring off was a primitive way of repair. But, that's the way it is. And I was able to change mine as well.
