OP, keep your eyes open. There's 2 of these big bad SuperCruizers running around Pcola. A black one and a white one. Got some pics of the black one a while back.
Cool trucks...

Those trucks are outdated but yet a perfect example of where truck builders were at, a few years back.

ok ok enough with the corvette taillights. I think their cool I would not own one personally. If your going to do this why not just go ahead and get a small peterbilt or something or a frieghtliner.
I wonder if willy nelson has one and if he does I wonder if he would toot the hoot in it?

GM has them too...how many gallons per mile do they get?

I can't understand why these expensive trucks still have factory crap in the dash. Looks so generic.
Posted by Dale Feicke (Member # 767) on :
All these types of trucks are so clunky-looking and totally impractical. They're intended for someone with some type of inferiority complex and a pocket full of money.
In these days of "if you build it, they will come", there's someone who'll buy just about anything....like some of these excessively "blingified" SUV's.

Given the gas mielage, now you can understand why Ford's doing so well these days.

Isn't that thing big enough to require a DOT numbers? Those will really add that "custom" look.

what a waste of a good truck.. tunred it into nutin but a flashy gaudy tastless pile of metal. Might as well put a set of long horns on the front.. heesh.
It dont even have a crawdad cooker in it.

I see a lot of trucks like that around here, most come in from California and the people buying them usually tow huge boats of 40ft+.
If you can afford a $100,000 truck to tow a $500,000 boat, you're not worried about gas mileage.
Amy, I agree with you that the interiors are too factory. Another $20k-$30k (no that's not a typo) on top of the $100,000 should cover the cost of getting a nicer interior done.

I'll stick to my '98 Ford ranger. Still gets me there and back.

Yeah.... ask any of the guys driving these big rigs if they want to trade you for your beat-out '78 model Dodge pickup with ladder rack and Signs painted on the side. See who laughs the longest about each others trucks...
Somehow, it just wouldn't look right pulling a $450,000 boat behind a $25,000 Z-71. I wouldn't have one either (unless I could afford it, then I would.)

We saw THAT truck parked out in front of the WalMart here in Placerville, CA!!! [yes, I'm serious]
We were laughing about it being big enough, and that it looked safe enough for our 17 yr old daughter... who's looking for a new car or truck. The truck is HUGE!!!!!!! in real life. Especially when you're a Buck Twenty and 5'6"
The smaller than the fricken tire side of the Moon (~wink)

Do you think they'll do a conversion on my truck:
So I can tow my boat:
Posted by Frank Magoo (Member # 3950) on :
All I can say is, don't PO Dusty when he's towing his boat, might become pancake art on pavement...
Thanks Judy; coolass paint job, brings to mind Alton; I'm not sure, but I think there are three faces, not two as thought before on smaller photo, way cool....
Not sure, but buddy in Iraq w/Blackwater, talks of 650/850 Fords, customized somewhere over here, for escort and security transport work...this could be the one...if so, it's(650) the baby!!!
