Can anybody give me some advise? Problem is, I had an EPS file e-mailed to me and I can't open it. When I click on it to open it, it shows up just fine in the preview window but then when you click on the signlab work area it, there is nothing there. It acts like it wants to but does not. I have tried, having the re-send it, opening the file importing the file. I have tried opening it in other programs but I do not have one that will open EPS files. This has happened before but it was for things that I really did not need. But, I NEED this one.

Hey, I have the same problem now and then. I get around it by opening the file in corel draw then exporting to signlab. I will be watching to see if anyone else has a fix.

I import into corel too, when faced with that problem.

That would work out prety good IF I had corel draw. Anybody willing to open it for in corel draw then sending it back to me? I would appreciate it.

You can try to import in Sign Lab

Did you get your file from Jason, Tony? I have Corel 8, & that is the only thing I use it for, importing things into my Signlab.
Usually, I import things in wmf or DXF into my Signlab. I can also import JPEGS.

instead of signlab format try all files.

Yes I sent him the file. I also sent to somebody earlier today. I have not heard anything yet. I hope they have success and I do appreciate everybody's assistance.

Be sure you are "importing". When you think it may have been imported hit "F3" to select all, and then "F7" to bring into screen. Then hit "Alt S" to see if you can view in wireframe. I have seen files that needed to have the above technique. It had something to do with the way it was saved. Good luck!

Tried everything. I even had two people (thanks) try to open it for me. Oh, well. thanks anyway. I think it was a problem with the file itself. I appreciate everyone's help.
