I have searched my files and library but have no luck finding state(NY, VA, PA, etc.) outlines or shapes in vector format. Any help in where I might find these would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Hi Harvie. If you have access to, or use Corel Draw, their clipart CD has all of those state outlines, and they're listed under "Maps - United States".
Hope this helps you out.

Why not simply find a US map and trace them?
