I am getting ready to do a banner and they sent me to a website to download the logo. It says it is in Vector file format but when I get ready to download it is in winzip. This is new to me. Do you know how I can get this logo to go into my sign program without printing and scanning it?
Thanks, Mary

Winzip is a compressed file and has to be opened up by Winzip. Google winzip and download free program. Save the file where you can find it and when you click on the saved file, winzip will usually open it for you. You may want to do this in a new folder on the desktop if in windows. Just cut and paste the expanded file.

If it is a vector image that has been zipped, just download it and once you have it you can use WinZip to unzip it and then you can use the file in a sign program.
If you have Win XP it has an unzipping utility incluided, just double click on the downloaded file and it will unzip.

I believe that means it's a compressed file. You can download power archiver to unzip it, or XP should have the built in ability to unzip. Try right clicking it and see if it has an "Extract To" option. After you extract/uncompress it, you should be able to see what type of file it actually is.
