i have the same problem...i just had to pass on a big dimensional sign for a beautiful development...no sense in just ****sing people off. i try to be honest....no i simply can't get that done by then. some will wait...others move on. let's say it all together now....

Actually, not too long ago I did say NO to a new customer. He needed something done ASAP, I said "Sorry, there's just no way I could get it done by then."

He responds with "OK. Thanks for being honest and up front! Have a good one!"

Well dang, that was easy, and the world didn't fall apart because I couldn't do it!

i have no problem with this word and i use it alot lately. even hell no when the moment is really ridiculous. freinds, family, low ballers, church charity and other BS that halts our life.

no! is a good word the more you use it the better you will feel and the less stress you will have, it works real good for those dumb**** that wait till the last minute to order their crap and try and push it all on you also
