I have a Great Client thats looking for a better Quality Coffee Mug Then we have been able to supply via the Dye Sub Process.(The Handels are always falling off after about 3 mos.)So can anyone here do Mullticolor(CMYK) or single Color Mugs on commercial grade Mugs. I can send a photo of the type of mug she's looking for.

Bill,

We bought over 10 dozen mugs for one of Dana's customers from Kissy. They were dye subbed and the mugs have held up fine.

I am sure that there is a good better best quality. My dye subbed mug from 7 years ago is still beung used on a daily basis.

Thanks guys, but I've talked to Bill before about this. Problem, I think is the commercial dishwasher.

Oops, Yes I should Have Mentioned that we are doing the Mugs in house also with our own Dye Sub Equipment and we have tried all the Mugs available to us for Dye Sub They just aren't designed for commercial use. We even talked to a few Manufacturers/distributors (Johnson Plastics) about it. They were great and Credited us Back for all the broken Mugs but also told us they weren't designed for commercial use.

I could probably screen print spot colors for you Bill. I'm sure I can find some screen printing inks to use on just about any mug available.

Do you already have a source for the "commercial grade" mugs?

Bill, can you post a pic of what you are looking for exactly? I'm a full line promotional product distributor and use a professional search system called SAGE. I can source pretty much anything that is "out there" pretty quickly (thousands of Suppliers and over 750,000 products). I'll take a look for you.
