There has been no snow around here since after Christmas, only some remnants in the ditches. Well it started snowing on Saturday and has finally let up so the plows can get out. Some roads are still closed, not for visibility any more, just because the plows are having a hard time moving all the snow. All this fell in about 50 hours... -

Wow!

We never got any of that. Haven't had the ski-doos out once this winter!

Happy Shovelling!

There's two known ways to avoid a snowy winter. One is, of course, moving south. The other is to invest in a new pair of snowmobiles.

We are very fortunate to have an uncle around the corner with a tractor and an 8' blower on the back who visits quite frequently!! [Wink]

We got about 7". I was driving my daughter big Ford 4x4 truck home last night and almost lost it on the icy roads. As I was zig-zagging back and forth across the road, totaling my daughter's truck flashed before my eyes.

There was a period of about 3 years where my husband, myself, and my daughter had 11 vehicle accidents and only one was our fault. We had 4 totaled vehicle, 3 rollovers and one of the rollovers caught fire. The fire was put out before the fire department got there.
