Hi Guys,
Robert Nouis of Lazerlines was in a bad accident last night and hopitalized so I thought I would let every one know the latest. Most of the details and updates are being posted at autoartmagazine.com on thier bulitin board but I know many of you know Robert or "Nuke" And he has been a longtime supplier of brushes and and a fellow pinhead/letterhead.
here is the latest

Hey guys as you now Robert accident was not good, I just returned from the hospital and have been giving Terry the updates to keep all informed. allthough it is bad it looks like he will not have any brain dammage or loose any motorskills we will have to wait 72 hours for him to clear the woods but the cat scan as of 3pm showed now dammage so in a bad situation it looks as if it will be ok. he and Nan and the 2 girls have a long road ahead of them Other stripers in the area have allready pitched in and started striping at some of his accounts so hopefully we can get him through this with minimal loss of income and take the stress levell down a notch or two so he can concentrate on healing.
If any of you were thinking about buying brushes or anything from Lazerlines please step up and make those purchases, although he does have insurance there will be a lot of out of pocket deductables and such to pay. as Terry stated lazerlines will continue to fill orders and should not see any delays. I and a couple of other stripers will be assisting Nan And Robert in any way possible to keep them running here , so if you need any thing rest asured it will be taken care of.

Please include Nuke and his family in your prayers and well wishes.

If you need any thing else or have questions please email me or call me on my cell 281.380.2517 and I will update as it comes available,

Thanks

Magic

Just getting caught up on old posts after the holidays...

I just hate this... We'll have Robert in our prayers but I have to tell you...after knowing Robert a few years I can tell you...nothing will keep him down long. He's just that kinda guy.

If you ever want an upbeat Letterhead meet invite him to yours or go to one he's at.

As soon as he can get to one ...he'll be there.

Best wishes Robert...

Mark Yearwood has been following his progress and I have heard more by the grapevine...I don't want to hand down any misinformation...so hopefully Mark will chime in here and clarify.

The word I'm getting thu the grape vine is he has now contracted pneumonia and is fighting a staff infection.

Mark?

Robert is basicly the same "more or less", Nan is surviving on no sleep and little food(as to be expected for a hard headed woman caring for her man).

She has talked to the doctors and its just a waiting game , i cant go into details as i am not there but i'll try and make it up there this week .
if you incline to then its in his hands. I know every one who knows him wishes the best for him and her and the kids but at this point all we can do is wait.

Hey everyone! This is brief, but wanted to give you an update on Rob! He is still in a coma state and receiving paralytic drugs for controlling the brain swelling. We still do not know the extent of brain damage and will not know what type of permanent damage he will have to his fine and gross motor skills until he wakes up! It's been 1 week today. He's fighting, but it's been difficult. Only time will tell and the dr's indicate this is going to be a long, hard road!
I want to thank everyone for all of your thoughts and prayers as this is what is pulling him through! I know he feels your energy!
If you want to call, you may contact me on my cell at: 713-553-8643 and I will be more than happy to relay his condition. Thanks to Magic and Terry as they have been assisting me in keeping everyone posted. Rob is so lucky to have so many friends...thank you to all of you!
Nan, Hailey, Kailey, & Robert Nouis
[Thanks]

Best wishes for a speedy recovery from friends on the other side of the world.

It hardly seems nearly 3 years since we met at Fred's Meet in 2003.

Think of you

Hey Guys,
Sorry for the abscence I have been away from my normal computer and was unable to post but here is the latest as of today

First off I want to say a heartfelt thanks from myself, Nan, the Girls, and all of Nukes family, for all of your prayers and well wishes and calls. It is great to know the support for a fellow brother of the brush in a time of need.
All of your PRAYERS or working and giving Nan, and the girls the strenth they need to get through this, They are also definatly working for Nuke as he is improving slowly but surely, the pressure is stable and where it needs to be on his brain, his vitals are good and he is fighting off the pneumonia, and infection slowly but the best news of all is he is begining to respond to questions and squeezing Nans hand on request along with begining to open his eyes. Today as I walked to see him Nan told Him Magics here and he raised his head a little and looked straight at me and squeezed Nans hand. These little responses are monumental to Nan and all who know Rob, to know he is headed back to us all means a long road just got a little shorter.

Please, Please, Please keep up all the PRAYERS and well wishes as they are most definatly working to restore Nukes life and giving Support to Nan, the Girls and family in these trying times.

Again THANK YOU ALL for your PRAYERS and support.

If anyone has questions are wants further updates are just have a message passed to Nan please call or email me and I will relay them for you. All the calls and emails I have recieved so far mean a lot and give Nan support in knowing all of you are concerned and Praying for them. Keep it up Guys and gals and we will have Nuke slinging paint soon.

Sincerely,

Magic

I am not good with words, so here goes!
With grate reluctance we have made a "donation page", if you like to help in helping Robert and Nan in some of the vast medical bills that have piled up.
It wont matter if its one dollar or what ever, it will be appreciated.
It has three ways to donate, Paypal, Mail in and a Telephone donation.
Thank You for reading this and if you can pass the link below to any other board, blog and or person you might think of who could help them.
