Could someone give me a little help. How do you make 3d letters in Sign Lab to be cut out of vinyl or mask. it would be greatly appreciated.

Hiya Paul, When you have some time, check out the Step by Steps that are accessible through the front page of this site. Joe Endicott did a nice one here on a 2 color convex letter. Another option would be to look at these sites: http://www.signdna.com http://www.letterheadfonts.com/

All vinyl lettering is 3D, it's just that the 3rd dimension is only 2-3 mils.

Signlab 6 comes with the module for making "prism' lettering. If you know someone that has it you could get them to email it to you.

Paul, I have Signlab E6, & I go up the menu to TRANSFORM >CHISEL EFFECT. The thing is, sometimes it doesn't do them perfect!

In my version of Signlab, two of the D's overlap if you close one of your eyes. I don't know if this is common or not. The third D is there but it's a very small number.
