John, not sure, but I'd think Pacific Coast Supply in Portland could help you......heheh, his name is John too...if not, let me know, I'm on verge of contacting plastic forming company to produce some of my own designs...

We have even made our own custom ones, by running .015 lexan thru the plotter, them snapping out the pieces.
