Yep... Script MT.
I have Script MT Bold and it's a perfect match, but bolder. My ampersand is different, but maybe the Regular is a better match.

I think the ampersand is from a Corel font called Deutch. It looks familiar anyway. If you are recreating the example shown, please get rid of that extraneous tail after the "s".
