There's a pile of idea starters on google's image search engine. Not vector, but some good starts. I'm not sure what exactly you need it for, so maybe this is out in left field.

Thanks for the reply's.
What I am doing is a collection of t-shirt
designs and looking to add a few more biker
style ideas. A my art is mainly pinstripes
and cars/bikes with pinstripes included.
I'll have a site up soon hopefully.
It all takes a lot of time.
I have a lot of shirt art at "Hot August Nites"
in Reno, this week to see how they go.

Thanks

This isn't a chopper, but I drew this a couple nights ago. Sorta what you're thinking of, artwise? Shoot me an email if it is and we'll talk.

Or this I did awhile back. Or anything in between.(Yes, this is vector...and not Streamline...it's entirely Illustrator.)

Hey Jack take a look at:

www.bigdogmotorcycles.com

It's not clipart, but they have some really interesting "chopper art".

As I told you I had transfers made of some of your designs- some of the lines on the Amalogated Pinstripers are so thin to be REAL hard to get right...
The Lady & one of the other pinstripes came out super though!

Thanks more y'all.
Frank,
I wont be at Reno, I'm sending over samples
which can be seen at the Swap Meet at a friends
booth who I do some business with.
I have a lot going right now and traveling a lot
back and forth to Oregon and Washington.
Taking another trip next week.

Nice illustration Don....

The Harley logo reminded me of something I've always wished Illustrator and other vector programs could implement:

In regards to gradient fills; you have the choice of linear, radial, and in some programs a few other styles.....but I REALLY wish there would be some function that would allow a linear gradient to bend along a curve such as you've drawn in the Harley logo.....if you get my meaning?

See how the linear gradient gets "light" because of the dip in the wavy object path in your logo? Wouldn't it be cool if somehow Illy would allow a gradient to bend with a path?

Just thinking.

Todd, it's called Gradient Mesh. [Smile] Not sure how long it's been in AI but it's been there for a while. It takes a little getting used to at first but it gives you complete control over how gradients "behave".

Here's an example I did a ways back, done in AI using all gradient mesh.

Mike beat me to the answer, Todd. Gradient mesh is a great illustration tool. Garden variety blend tool works great, too. It depends on what effect is needed.

BTW, I designed the harley name "from scratch". That isn't one of their branded logos. I could have done that gradient a number of ways....just happened to choose that look on that day.

Also, much could have been done with Photoshop. But, this particular image was an exercise to show what Illustrator is capable of...and so the image is 100% Adobe Illustrator vectors.
