Ahhhh yeaahhh... 124 degrees in beautiful Lake Havasu City, AZ..

I haven't gotten a chance to get outside and experience it though, been couped up inside since Sunday with a 103 degree fever (it finally broke yesterday) and something that resembles celluitis making my leg swell up.

Mike,
I was wondering where you'd been - hadn't seen you online in a while.

It was 120º yesterday which was awful but only 4% humidity so it was almost bearable...it's cooler today but 21% humidity and you can really feel the difference. There is an excessive heat warning in effect (gee...ya think so?!?!?!?!!?!) which is basically urging everyone to stay inside because the heat traps the smog and ozone levels in closer to the ground and the air quality is really bad. There's a weird looking haze to everything.

Supposed to be over 115º for at least the next 7 days. I may not make it - keep your fingers crossed! LOL I can't even imagine what our a/c bill is going to be next month. Yikes...

It's about 96 here but over 100 with the heat index. I just finished mowing 3/4 acres with a walk behind mower. It's lightning or I'd hit the pool!

Bring on the fall.

It's about 100 here today, so not nearly the inferno you other people are dealing with. I'd feel lucky...if I had the A/C fixed in my truck!
