I have a customer who has a problem with people parking in front of the garage door of his business. He wants me to letter something humorous on it, "No Parking,__________" ....suggestions anyone?

Jane, I have the same situation for a body shop that is across the street froma bar.... We've decided to letter dircetly on the door....
Your vehicle BEFORE..(pictures of a car) Your vehicle AFTER (Car on tow truck)
Others I have seen...
Don't even THINK of parking here!

I did one 2 weeks ago that came to me as a similar request. I think we went with something like:
PARKING CITATIONS AVAILABLE!! O N L Y $60 FOR MORE INFORMATION SEE RESERVED BUS PARKING ACROSS THE STREET

I called and e-mailed these to the owner. THANKS, all! Now we just need to decide which one. The owner had an idea too....something about Mickey Mouse and him extending a finger?... I once saw a tombstone in front of a business with the legend: "Here lies the last salesman who parked in Wayne's spot".
A friend has a sign reading, in descending size of copy for each successive line:
"Unauthorized Vehicles Will be Towed Away and Crushed Into a Tiny Cube"
There is a little tiny square at the bottom of the sign.

We've done some for various auto parts/repair type places that say...
NO PARKING Violator’s vehicles will be Disassembled and sold as parts!

A looooooooong time ago we made one with the Batman emblem on it and copy that read BATCAVE ENTRANCE....DO NOT BLOCK.
Client said it worked just fine. People would read it, smile, get back in there car and move.

I'd mix up some white tempra color, and splatter it liberally within and around the parking spot in question. Then put up a sign that reads: CAUTION: Bird**** Target Area. This zone is a designated wildlife practice area, and vehicles parked here will be shat upon from various heights!
If some unbeliever should chance to park there, splatter his car & windshield with more of that same tempra white. Guaranteed they'll never repeat the offence. Posted by Mark Sheflo (Member # 3608) on :
