The cost of rubber tires has escalated to the point that the Blue Birds flight program had to look for an alternative solution.
"Using Juvilile delinquants has worked out well for us" Captain H Flyer said "It has saved us a lot of money on our tire replacement program".
"In addition, the people who run the "Scared Straight" program are claiming a 100% rehabilitation rate, these kids simply do not want to re-offend".

"...cutting-edge testing on a new seating arrangement for those little bored, bratty, hellions who 'act up' on long . . .or short, flights ...."
