My shop is in Okeechobee about 90 miles from Ft. Myers.
My home is in Lake Port about 50 - 60 miles from Ft. Myers.
It's about the same distances to W. Palm Beach.
The suppler I use is in W. Palm Beach. I was wondering if there was a suppler in Ft. Myers?
I know my way around Ft. Myers much better than W.P.B. and I seem to go to Ft. Myers at lest once a week anyway, and I never go to W.P.B. except for supplies.
Thanks, Steve

Hi Steve,
There is no sign warehouse, so to speak, in Fort Myers.
In North Fort Myers, there is a company called Rocket aluminum products. They sell alum. sign blanks, stands and coroplast.
In South Fort Myers, there is The Plastic Place, they sell acrylic and PVC products.
In East Fort Myers, there is T&S Signs, they sell municipal signs and posts.
For all the other misc. sign stuff, I order from PBE Graphics and/or Florida Graphics.
Cher.

Thanks Cheryl and Mike,
I already buy from PBE Graphics and Florida Graphics; I was just hoping there was something in the Ft. Myers Area that would be a little easier for me to drive to.
PBE delivers to Okeechobee once a week; I guess that's still my best bet.
Thanks once more. Steve

Hi Steve,
I placed an order with PBE the first week of 2005 and found they have switched to Sign Supply USA. Check prices with them, before ya quote a major job. No more free shipping for me. Minimum order $75.00 and I believe a minimal delivery fee. I just needed a few 10 yard rolls of vinyl so I asked them to ship UPS and received my order the following day.
Next time your in the area, stop in for a visit! 239-574-4713

Hi Cheryl,
Sign Supply USA (PBE) still delivers to Okeechobee free, on Mondays only, with a minimum order of $100.00.
Most of the time I just run over and pick-up what ever I need.
Next time I'm in Ft. Myers I would love to stop by.
Thanks for the invitation.
Steve

Sometimes local suppliers aren't the best answer.
We have a mural job coming up out of town to be done over a weekend. I wanted to be prepeared and have an extra projector bulb. I called around locally, the only place that had one was the local sign supply house ( a place I almost never buy from )....$106.....online, the same bulb can be had for $20.

Ha!,you guys are spoiled! We don't have a sign supply in the whole state of Wyoming! The closest one is in Salt Lake City, UT or Denver, CO. 6 hours or 10 hours away. Maybe that is a blessing. We stay in the shop and work and UPS brings it to our door for a few dollars.
