I remember reading something a couple years back about someone that built a box and placed a light bulb in it to keep their vinyl at a constant temp during the winter months. Did I dream this up, will it work and if so does anyone have any plans or ideas. Our shop is cold and we need to do something without spending the Christmas money.

lots of welders put their rods into an old refrig,, with the light wired permanently on.. Why not vinyl?
