I personally don't recommend it. Cody was the only one that laughed at a couple jokes. What percentage does that make it when there were only 5 people in the theatre? LOL

It's just about as if they attempted to turn it into a 'serious' cartoon on several occasions. And we all know SpongeBob is funniest when he's dumb. [Smile]

A few gags to chuckle at but if you just came from seeing Polar Express, you may be disappointed in this one. Save your money and go see Polar Express at a local Imax near you. That's next on our agenda.

Hi Donna...Is this a movie that two 60 year olds would even consider seeing?????? [Rolling On The Floor] [Rolling On The Floor]

Who is "SpongeBob Squarepants" and what does he do??? [I Don t Know] [I Don t Know]

Shirl might be interested in hiring him if he cleans floors or windows though!!!!!!!! [Rolling On The Floor] [Rolling On The Floor]

By the way..I still have the packet of achiote paste that I promised you...all I need is an address to send it to. [Smile] [Smile]

I got my share of Sponge Bob Squarepants the last time my Granddaughter came to visit.

It was fun watching with her, though.

Sounds like you Canadian folks might be missing out on something. I would contact your local Cable or Sattelite Company immediately and request they start carrying it. Ha Ha.

I've heard of him but have never seen the show. I don't have cable - refuse to pay for programming that still has commercials! Maybe I'm better off? [Smile]

Mike I think you will like it, you can rent the videos.....it's quirky humor, my favorite one is where Spongebob forgets how to tie his shoes...

This isn't a 'Barney' kinda thing....some of the ones are really funny.

really.... [Smile]

OK I guess I'll have to check it out. I liked Ren & Stimpy so Spongebob can't be all that bad. [Smile]

The tv episodes we taped can be hilarious. I was referring to the movie. It's not worth the $.

I don't watch a lot of TV, or cartoons, but SPONGEBOB ROCKS! I can't explain why, but I love that little guy. I'm wanting to put him in vinyl on my Explorer - but the wife nixed it - says it's not professional...
My neice actually took the time last year to record several hours for me as a Christmas gift.
Adrienne - I like the shoe one too, but my favorite is the art of blowing soap bubbles...
Are we sick or what?? I guess its a better escape from reality than some other things.

John, I think I'm sicker than the both of you. I've taped every tv episode, it's on promptly at 8am. Cody gets his fill every morning before learning about the real world (kindergarten LOL)

Gilbert, your 5 yr old will love the movie so no worries. Enjoy the popcorn!
