Once again we find ourselves behind on our Letterville Resident Draws. This is unaceptable. We apoligize and vow to make the changes necessary to insure this situation stops happening.
In the past, we've always done the draws live on chat. Most of the time, that works out great. The problems occur when we are away. It's difficult to do the draw if we have no Internet access and that draw drum is a real pain to drag around. Draws get "put-off" until a later date, and we find ourselves in this embaressing situation.
Paid-Up Residents are promised 12 draws. We're going to have a draw every 2nd. Monday of the month until we get back on track. After that, the draw will always happen on the first Monday of each month. If your Residency expired in the last two months, it will be extended to ensure you are included in 12 draws.
The first draw will be next Monday, Nov. 1st. at 10pm EST.
We want to thank all the Letterville Merchants that make these draws possible. Everyone loves to win a door prize at live meets and this is no different. Everybody wins! Merchants get extra exposure, Letterville has another incentive to entice more to become Residents, and the Residents win some great products.
Now let's get on to the fun stuff! Here's what will be up for grabs in next Monday's Draw.

One dozen of the finest examples of Art Nouveau lettering anywhere! The Alphabets of Atkinson, Volume One, represents the best-of-the-best by sign-industry legend Frank H. Atkinson. His book, Sign Painting was published almost 100 years ago and has become the artistic standard for generations of signpainters and computer-aided signmakers. The dozen Alphabets of Atkinson cover the gamut of historical styles, from ornate tuscans to flowing scripts, all of which expertly complement a secondary range of Atkinson's less-elaborate workhorse styles that are still classics in their own right. There's something here for every signmaker, from the ordinary to the extraordinary. All 12 alphabets have complete character ranges and are published on CD. Thanks to Mike Atkins at The Fontry for supplying this prize. Check out his entire font collection at http://www.thefontry.com

Barb, When a drawing takes place, do those names that you draw go back into the barrel or do you leave them out until the barrel is empty and everyone has won something?
Posted by Barb. Shortreed (Member # 1730) on :
Sorry for the goof up guys
Nice to see your paying attention
It should have read every second Monday this month, we'll be caught up then
Laura your name goes back into the hat for the next month's drawing, that way you get 12 chances at winning.
Good Luck Everybody

Barb are we up for renewal? Somehow I think we are but haven't received any notice.
P.S. I tried to email you twice today, once from the link above. It failed both times. It's almost as the message was being directed to somewhere else.

Bump! To quote Rod the Mod: "Tonight's the night......" (Minus the digustingly tight buncha-grapes-hiding-looking satin pants) Hey! Maybe Steve wears them when he's spinning the name-cage! Love.....Jill
