A friend made the mistake of leaving a limited edition, autographed, poster screenprinted on 1/8" white pvc, in the back seat of her car on a 95 degree day. Needless to say it is now curved in the shape of the back seat.

Have any of you had any success straightening out warped PVC? The piece is 3' by 4'.

Yep...put it on a flat rigid surface and let it sit in the back seat in the heat again.
