Hello from Texas, It's hot as Hell. Subject banner assembly. How do you put your vinyl letters on your banners, How do you mount the banner so you can apply the letters? I have a wall that I stretch the banner on and put a screw in the eyelett. It works OK, but after a while you get the holes in the wall and it causes bumps which cause wrinkles in the finished banner. Anyone have a super good way of (for lack of a term) strech you banner.. send a picture if you got one... thanks chuck coupland

i have a 5/8 x 4x8 sheet of plywood sittin on an angle about 80-85 degree from 90 vertical. the ply wood sheet is leaning against 4 2x4 that are all attached to each other. at about 2 feet apart vertical. the plywood is leaning on these and is 30" above the floor. when i do banners i use clamps to hold the banners on on end, if they are shorter then 8 foot...i will put a small screw in the gromet hole. if larger then 8 foot i do 8 foot at a time. applin vinyl on these is just like doin a window...

I use my work table and stretch it flat with bungy cords. Works great.

I have an easle that is 4'x16' covered in masonite (hardboard). We roll the banner out and use a staple gun to fasten the banner to the easle. Stretching it tight as we go along. After the banner is completed, we just pull the staples out. The staples leave very small holes in the banner but they aren't noticeable.
