After enjoying all the eye candy at Mass Mayhem, I wondered when we were going to see some movement on this panel swap.

Pics would be nice!

Hey Stevo....did you change your email? I answered your email a while ago, but since then there has been no response.....come in Stevo, come in!

I know Kissy was waiting on some late deliveries, I got mine a week or so ago from Sarge in Australia.

Mines still on the way from USA. Suspect it coming snail mail and could take weeks.

Don't hold up the posting of the pics Kissy.

has the ball been dropped?

How could she drop that ball when her hat's on backwards?
Kissy sez the slideshow will be ready soon.
I'm gonna go make some popcorn!
Love...Jill

Here is where I'm at:

First, I have people that were asked to send better pictures. Some have, some haven't. I've sorted through the picts, making sure I have the new (better) one of those that did send better picts. As for the ones that send garbage picts and didn't send better ones when asked, oh well.

I wasn't going to send them to Steve to put into a slideshow while they were away and on nasty dial-up.

I have spent the last 3 hours trying to send them a zip file of the picts. First, the file of all the picts was too big. Of course, I had to wait til Norton was 98% done scanning it before I was told it was too big. I've then split the file in half and I'm trying sending it again, on my nasty dial-up.

We understand the delay, Kissy. We are just excited and anxious to see what everyone did. Our panels we received were awesome....can't wait to see the rest!
Good job on the swap, by the way!

I have received TWO gorgeous panels, one from Terry Baird and the other from Pat Wathley!! What a lucky guy I am, or I don't understand how the swaps work. I just lost my cherry on this one!!

Life is so good!

From what i know I'm getting a panel from Pat too and it should be on its way.

Hmmmmmmmmm maybe he made two panels?
Still waiting.

Stevo

Stevo, Pat was to send his panel to you. I have no idea why Pierre received one from him. Pierre sent his panel to Pat, so perhaps my email telling him to send his panel to you was overlooked and he figured he was to exchange with Pierre.

I've emailed Pat and am trying to figure out what happened.

No way I will send back the panel to M. Chartrand, even if his last name is french-canadian!!! Pat's panel is already on my wall! It's now mine!

What I can do is to paint a panel for Stevo. It will be my pleasure, just leave me until next week!

Does it sound fair to you?

Life is still good!

Yes, I screwed up and sent my panel to the wrong place...but I have back up panels available! I was working on three at once so I would have one to try stuff out on, one to send to my recipient and one to keep or swap later. I actually ended up with three that I was proud of so the replacement is going to Canada.

I still don't know how I managed this fiasco. It takes talent to screw up the easiest part of the whole deal.

thaks for the info I am so happy to hear that the screw up fairy is out of my state and we can try to make it through this week without another visit from that naughty little screw up fairy....maybe I'll go buy a fly swatter this week so that the next time she appears I can whap her one good and knock off that fairy dust so that she can't fly anymore and then I can squish her with my maulstick so that she can not cause any more chaotic mayhem in the sign world....(yeah I'm not having issues this week...lol)

Thanks Pat. You're the man.

Dan, dude...step away from the keyboard, put down those sharp blunt objects and think of your happy place. [Smile]

wait a minute are you telling me I'm the only one that the screw up fairy visits....good grief I'd better just throw the towel in and make myself a really well designed cardboard sign and resort to beggin on the street corner....what would I put on that sign????
