Anyone have a good source for billboard graphics? I need to cover a 12x24' billboard. It's only 1 or 2 simple colors on white, but I assume it would be simplest to get a printed banner to wrap around the billboard as most are done these days...right? Thanks for any info!

Outdoor America Images www.oaicorp.com 800-783-9187 Ask for Joe Bowers.

They do good work and have great prices. The only thing I hate is the COD or having to fax a copy of my credit card. I didn't apply for an account, but you can. They are in Tampa, FL.

Hi Alan,

We do many billboards. All digitally printed on vinyl and adhered to 4'x10' 10mm coroplast or .5" crezon panels - laminated or not depending on life expectancy requirements. The panels are then screwed to the existing structure. Most are 10'x20-24' but we have done lots 12'x20' by adding a 2' panels along the bottom.

www.econobanners.com

print up to 16' wide seamless by any length. Greg Bonds is the man!

Online estimator from their site says $1033 with standard Hem/Grommets 13oz Banner material

if it is simple copy, no pictures,
order a banner from royal and either paint it or apply vinyl graphics, lot cheaper than digital
for that kind of job.

Thanks Amy & Greg for the contact info-
I am going to do a comparison of printed vs. "old fashioned" vinyl graphics on aluminum.

Brian- is the 10mm coro the thicker stuff? I wouldn't have thought coro would hold up as well as a banner or other backing. This one will be up "indefinitely". Also, what is Crezon?

Bill- thanks again for your common sense advice..I'll price it out that way as well. I use Custom Banner in nearby Maine who always do a great job(1-800-cormier)

Alan, Consider that the printed banner is going to have a short life expectantcy compared to the vinyl or painted method. Much shorter, and possibly down to months.
