Yeah, compared to where I live it is a steal. Similar condos to mine (2 bed, 2 bath) in my community are listed and sold for $200k in a week. A house like that would easily fetch $325k+ around here.

WOW I feel Much better We bought our house for 75k with a Double Lot and Creek through it(Well A Ditch but Close enough [Smile] Prices are insane. No wonder half of California is moving here.

Thanks Sheila, My wife Deborah did most of the web work. I took most of the pics and gave ideas.

The market is nuts. We hope to move out to the country towards Bomb-a-dear. Looking @ 13 acres with a stream and lots of space to build a big shop. Cross your fingers for us!

Hi Mike, good luck selling your home.

Just wanted to let you know that for me the photos of the m.bedrooms, the other bedrooms and the front yard did not come up.

Dave,
Yeah, I thought I saw your truck pulling out of HD the other day (on one of my twice daily trips) and I saw your sign up also. Congats on the sale. And the price!

So Dave, where you moving?

Nettie,
You wouldn't like to see those rooms yet anyway!
Still finishing the hardwood floors. So no pics yet. Thanks for the heads-up.

To Late!
We had open houses on Sat. & Sun. Got a full price offer, then one @ $3k over then the first offer was upped to $264k and we accepted. Two days, one add in the paper and a bunch of O/H signs.
This market is nuts!
With luck Thirty days and we will be ready to make the big COLD CALL, We are going to offer on a 13 acre farm about 40 miles South-East of Sacramento. Just to get closer to Jackie! well we might have some other reasons too.

PS Both bidders found us from the O/H signs! so maybe this is on topic after all?

Mike & Deborah - congratulations on your sale.
I can't wait to see you up this way.
If you need any help, just holler. My knee is starting to finally work and in 30 days I should be able to pitch in anywhere you need us.
I'm looking forward to a few old fashioned BBQ's with my new neighbors!!
Give me a holler.
