CorelDraw has an option called Quick Correct that will automatically replace a string of text with a predefined string. For example, one could enter "ADN" and it will automatically be replaced with "AND".
Quick Correct is found under Text / Writing Tools / Quick Correct.
When I enter a fraction like 1/2 (in 24 point), Quick Correct will automatically replace it with a smaller point size 1/2.
My list of Quick Correct has the 1/2 fraction replacement, there are no corrections for other fractions such as 1/4, 1/8, etc.
I know how to add another "correction definition" but I can not figure out how to make the "replacement text" a smaller point size.
So my question is this;
I want to add 1/4 to the quick correct list. In the "REPLACE" box I enter 1/4, in the "WITH" box I again enter 1/4. The question is…How do I change the point size of the fraction in the "With" box???
Thanks

Thanks for the fast reply Elaine.
I tried your suggestion but the "WITH" box would not allow the insertion of the Alt sequence.

Barry....1/4 or ¼ is actually alt/0188 and MUST be typed on the numeric keypad...not the numbers across the top of your keyboard.
PS: the code for ¾ is alt/0190
As far as point size is concerned the ½ is concerned, in CorelDraw, it looks to be the same point size as the rest of a sentence to me since the overall height of the character is the same as the caps in the sentence.

Elaine...I just checked out your two recommendations and they produce the same results as mine....Kinda wierd to have 2 different ascii codes for the same character!!
