Thanks to the assistance of Ron Bastian down in the Heart of Texas I have produced an awesome banner.
Basically, I needed to export the file from Corel with RGB color and then in ColorChoice assign a higher dpi setting(600 or higher, not 300) and then set the Bitmap Intent to Relative Colormetric and the Vector Intent to Spot Process, then, using CMYK(resin) not CMYKOrGr(DUMB ME) the print came out sweet!!
Thanks Again for all the help!!

Looks cool! I used to take the train to Kenosha from Great Lakes Naval Station to visit my friends house.
Think you could look up a Kimberly Slavik for me? I've been trying to find her for years.

Thanks Amy... thanks Kathy.
The image was given to me as a scan. Ron Bastian was kind enough to walk me through the file manipulations.
There are some nice colors, but I think that the image is a little disturbed, perhaps.
