Brief description of project:
Background is fabricated Aluminum 2" thickness. Background finished with
black beauty smalts. Overall size is approximately 58" x 102".
Outer ring is 1" HDU with hammered finish to simulate hammered copper.
Letters in outer ring are routed 1/2" depth and finished with black
beauty smalts.
Vinework is routed and then hand carved of 1" Precision Board HDU.
Grapes and prismatic lettering are routed and then hand carved of 1-1/2"
SignFoam3 HDU. Letters painted flat white with Sherwin Williams
SuperPaint.
Copper finish is Modern Masters Metal Effects Copper paint with Metal
Effects Permacoat Matte Patina Sealer.
Gold drop shadow is routed of 1" Precision Board HDU and finished with
23K Gold leaf.
We also used some Magic Goo on the sign.
Overall Monthly Winner!!!!!
